A Novel Robust-DEA Approach for Efficiency Measurement of Heterogeneous Hybrid Networks under Uncertainty

Over the past two decades, use of network data envelopment analysis in real-world issues has attracted attention many researchers. This is used when output results a decision unit are as input to later units. Uncertainty inputs and outputs each complicates performance evaluation such systems. In this paper, new model heterogeneous hybrid developed measure efficiency units assuming open structure unit, well existence interlayer relationships. model, constraints defined way that number on efficient boundary limited.
